MAPCAP Technology Ltd, was established in 2001 as a “hands-on” technical consultancy to the food industry, with its principal focus on the convenience foods sector, including chilled whole and prepared fresh produce, salad meals, dressed salads, dressings, sauces, relishes and dips, although it also provides assistance with the development and manufacture of ‘ready-to-cook’, chilled or frozen, oven-able or microwaveable recipe dishes, as well as that of dairy products, confectionery and flavoured spring water.
